Hi! I am Heena, My yoga journey began in 2018 and has since been a continuous path of learning, practice, and helping others embrace a healthier lifestyle. I hold a Master's Degree in Yoga (M.A. Yoga) from S.S.J. Campus, Almora, which has provided me with a strong foundation in both the theoretical and practical aspects of yoga.To deepen my knowledge and teaching expertise, I have also trained and practiced at renowned yoga institutes in Rishikesh, gaining valuable experience in traditional and modern yoga techniques. Over the years, I have had the privilege of guiding individuals toward improved physical health, mental clarity, and overall wellbeing through the transformative practice of yoga. Today, through Om Yoga Studio Almora, I offer both online and offline yoga classes designed to support people of all ages and experience levels. My mission is to make yoga accessible to everyone and inspire a balanced, healthy, and mindful way of living.
